How to Make a Return or Exchange
Nothing gives us a bigger buzz than when we see you wearing a pair of our eyepieces. Having said that, we want you to be thoroughly happy with your purchase and share the same pride in what we share with you.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for full-priced items. No questions asked. You can return your sunglasses within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email [email protected] to request return authorisation number.
Items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, in the original packaging. As such, we ask that you cover the expense of return shipping.
Please note there is no refund on sale items only exchange. We do offer a refund on sale items only for manufacturing faults.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Sorry, sometimes the banking institutions can be a little slow to part with the money.
If your sunglasses are found to be faulty due to its manufacturing, we are able to offer you a repair or exchange up to 1 year after purchase with original proof of purchase. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing issue then we will, of course, cover the cost of shipping.
However, if the sunglasses are damaged due to general wear and tear, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. We can offer you a repair or replacement service for a small fee on a case-by-case basis.
We want you guys to love Vaanyard as much as we do. We have put our heart and soul into every pair.
