Vaanyard ships worldwide

For a limited time, we are offering free global shipping (domestic and international) on all orders.

For our customers in Australia, we ship our parcels using Australia Post – Express post.

For all international orders, we will ship using a combination of local postal services and courier companies to ensure your Vaanyard purchase arrives safely. We will generally use the services of DHL where applicable.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. This means that we aim to have all orders handed over to the postal/courier services within this timeframe.

Delays may occur during peak periods.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of the courier company and tracking number. Your order can be tracked accordingly.

We strongly recommend that you allocate a business address open between 9am – 5pm to ensure that goods can be signed for. We cannot ship to PO Boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import tax and/or duties applicable to the country of the nominated delivery address. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. We are unfortunately unable to predict such occurrences. We recommend you to contact your local customs offices for further information.

Please note that once the parcels are placed with the selected courier companies, the delivery times are completely out of our hands.

We will always endeavour to get your purchase to you in the fastest and safest possible way.

*free shipping applies to orders being shipped from Vaanyard to the customer. For returns please see Orders and Returns.

How To Read Our Frame Measurements

You can find the frame measurements on all* VAANYARD frames on the inside of the right temple tip (side arm). The measurements are printed in the standardised optical format, which looks like the following:

53 [] 21-145

Lens Width [] Bridge Width - Temple Length

The numbers and symbols printed on your frames represent the sizing of your glasses. To understand each number, we have broken each of the numbers into their individual component measurement.

  • The first two digits are the lens width.
  • The second two digits are the bridge width.
  • The last of the three digits are the temple or side length.

All measurements are given in millimetres.

  • VAANYARD frames with external branding and printing details feature these measurements located on the outside of right temple (side arm).
