REFUND POLICY.

RETURNS

We provide convenient return options for orders from Australia, New Zealand, and worldwide within 14 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and if you decide to change your mind for any reason, we have procedures in place for you to return your item to us.

Items being returned must be in impeccable condition, unworn, and unused, with all original packaging fully intact. It is essential to ensure secure packaging when returning the items. If the return does not adhere to these conditions, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the items. In such cases, the items may be rejected and returned to you, and any associated shipping costs will be your responsibility, with no refund provided.

For full-price items, a complete refund is available exclusively; credit notes or exchanges are not provided. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.
 

REFUNDS

If your return qualifies for a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method, deducting the return shipping fee and any initial shipping fees. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Kindly allow up to five business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
 

FINAL SALE

The term "final sale" pertains to items discounted during an exclusive promotion or marked for clearance. Items labeled as "final sale - no returns" cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect. Should any final sale items be returned contrary to this policy, they will be shipped back to you with an additional charge.


PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

AFTERPAY ORDERS

In case you utilised Afterpay or another buy now, pay later option for your purchase, the refund will be processed back to your selected payment platform.
  

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

While all items undergo rigorous quality control before dispatch, if you happen to receive a product that isn't up to the mark, kindly get in touch with us at hello@vaanyard.com. Please include your order number and provide images depicting the fault or issue, and we will collaborate with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Please be aware that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, failure to adhere to care instructions, or misuse will not be deemed as faulty.
