WARRANTY & RETURNS.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a full refund on any sunglasses or opticals within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unused, in the original packaging.

Merchandise returned without the original packaging does not qualify for a refund.

Packaging that arrived COD may be denied.

VAANYARD® is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item during return postage and it is advisable to ensure adequate packing is used.

If you don't send it back using tracked post, we're unable to honour returns that get lost in the postal system.

We don't cover postage costs for returns or exchanged items, unless your item has been classified as faulty.

Sale/discontinued items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

All sale frames are final sale (no return or exchange possible).

Final sale means no return or exchange is possible.

All Black Friday & Cyber Monday orders are final sale.

Authorised frames for exchange can only be exchanged once and cannot be returned after the exchange.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Sorry, sometimes the banking institutions can be a little slow to part with the money.

If your frames are found to be faulty due to its manufacturing, we are able to offer you a repair or exchange up to 1 year after purchase with an original proof of purchase. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing issue, then we will of course cover the cost of shipping.

However, if the frames are damaged due to general wear and tear, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. We can offer you a repair or replacement service for a small fee on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a claim, please send an email to hello@vaanyard.com and include any relevant information or photos for reference that will help us make the process as speedy and easy. We’ll do our best to sort out any issues.

VAANYARD® reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy.

Ineligible items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.

In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Service Team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you’d like to return.

 

WARRANTY

VAANYARD® frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer and part faults only.

All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced.

Please note that this warranty cannot be honoured if purchased outside of vaanyard.com, your must contact the stockist you purchased your frames from and check their individual policies.

Every pair of VAANYARD® frames has been thoroughly quality controlled and hand checked before being dispatched to you.
