FROM ORDER TO DOOR.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Handed to the postal or courier service within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods.
A shipping email tells you the courier company and tracking number.
A signature is required on delivery. Once with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands.
DELIVERY ADDRESS.
We strongly recommend a business address open 9am–5pm so goods can be signed for on the first attempt.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as a signature is required upon delivery.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES.
Items shipped outside Australia may be subject to import tax and/or duties, charged once the parcel reaches the destination country.
Customers take full liability for customs charges — even if a parcel is refused due to high import duties or taxes.
