SHIPPING & DELIVERY

VAANYARD® ships worldwide. *(with the exception of certain jurisdiction. Please  contact us at hello@vaanyard.com for further information)

We offer free shipping (domestic and international) on all orders over AUD200. 

For our customers in Australia, we ship our parcels using Australia Post – Express post. 

For all international orders, we will ship using a combination of local postal services and courier companies to ensure your VAANYARD® purchase arrives safely. We will generally use the services of DHL where applicable.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. This means that we aim to have all orders handed over to the postal/courier services within this timeframe.

Delays may occur during peak periods. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of the courier company and tracking number. Your order can be tracked accordingly.

We strongly recommend that you allocate a business address open between 9am – 5pm to ensure that goods can be signed for. We cannot ship to PO Boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import tax and/or duties applicable to the country of the nominated delivery address. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. We are unfortunately unable to predict such occurrences. We recommend you to contact your local customs offices for further information.

Please note that once the parcels are placed with the selected courier companies, the delivery times are completely out of our hands.
